Extra details

Frederick was the third of Arthur and Susan's seven children. He was baptised on 19th February 1893. Frederick attended the Bickley & Widmore School where he was a member of the Cadet Corps. He married Eliza Minnie Halls in 1914. Prior to enlisting he was in the employ of Mr Walters of Treadwell Farm, Bickley.

Frederick enlisted in the Royal Sussex Regiment in June 1916. His experience in the Cadet Corps enabled him to be quickly promoted to Musketry Instructor. He died in hospital, in Boulogne, of fever.

Frederick's cousin A E Craker, and second cousin G H Craker also died.
