Extra details

Percy was the sixth of Alfred and Harriet Burden's ten children. His mother and two youngest siblings died in 1899, his father married Jane Dickson Mather a year later and they had a son.

Percy enlisted on 3rd November 1915 and was sent to France on the 13th, nothing further is known about his service. Percy married Ann Dewhurst in 1917. He survived the war only to succumb to pulmonary tuberculosis on 18th February 1921 in the Colindale Hospital, Hendon.

Percy is not recorded on CWGC.
