Extra details

Thomas was the fourth of George and Elizabeth Bray's six children. He was baptised on 17th February 1895 at St Luke's Church. After attending Raglan Road School he, like his brother William, joined the Kings Shropshire Light Infantry enlisting in 1912.

In August 1915 he was wounded, having recovered he was sent back to the front where he died during the 2nd Battle of Ypres after being struck by a shell.

Thomas's brother William and his uncle Kenneth McKenzie also died.
